Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 30 September 2025, 11 November 2025, 23 December 2025, 12 February 2026 and 6 March 2026 in relation to the Company’s non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirements pursuant to Rule 8.02(1) of the AMLR of Bursa Securities. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as previously defined.

In conjunction with the release of the Company's unaudited quarterly report for the third quarter ended 31 January 2026 and pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Guidance Note 13 of the AMLR, the Company wishes to announce that the Company currently does not comply with the public shareholding spread requirements.

As at 30 January 2026, the public shareholding spread of PMCK stood at 23.00%.

As at the date of this announcement, the Company is in the midst of finalising its plan to address the shortfall and to ensure compliance with the public shareholding spread requirements. In the interim, the Company will continue to monitor the level of the public shareholding spread and will make the necessary announcement in relation to the status of compliance in accordance with the AMLR.
