Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 30 September 2025, 11 November 2025 and 23 December 2025 in relation to the Company’s non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirements pursuant to Rule 8.02(1) of the AMLR of Bursa Securities. Unless otherwise stated, the terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as previously defined.
The Company was granted an Extension of Time until 27 February 2026 to comply with the public shareholding spread requirements, as approved by Bursa Securities vide its letter dated 11 November 2025. As the Extension of Time is valid until 27 February 2026, the Company had on 12 February 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further Extension of Time of three (3) months until 26 May 2026 for the Company to comply with the public shareholding spread requirements. As at 30 January 2026, the public shareholding spread of PMCK stands at 23.00%, a shortfall of 2.00%. As at the date of this announcement, the Company is in the midst of finalising its plan to address the shortfall and to ensure compliance with the public shareholding spread requirements. In the interim, the Company will continue to monitor the level of the public shareholding spread and will make the necessary announcement(s) in relation to the status of compliance in accordance with the AMLR. This announcement is dated 12 February 2026. |
