Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 30 September 2025 and 11 November 2025 in relation to the Company’s non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Rule 8.02(1) of the AMLR of Bursa Securities. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as previously defined.
In conjunction with the release of the Company's unaudited quarterly report for the second quarter ended 31 October 2025 and pursuant to Paragraph 3.3 of Practice Note 19 of the AMLR, the Company wishes to announce that the Company currently does not comply with the public shareholding spread requirement. As at 14 November 2025, the public shareholding spread of the Company stands at 22.91%. As at the date of this announcement, the Company is currently evaluating appropriate rectification measures to address the shortfall and to ensure compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement within the Extension of Time granted. The Company will continue to monitor the level of the public shareholding spread and will make the necessary announcement(s) in relation to the status of compliance in accordance with the AMLR.
