The Board of the Company wishes to announce that based on the Record of Depositors of the Company as at 22 September 2025, the Company’s public shareholding spread was at 23.25%. As such, the Company does not comply with the public shareholding spread requirement of 25% pursuant to Rule 8.02(1) of the AMLR of Bursa Securities.

The percentage represents a shortfall of 1.75% from the minimum required percentage of 25% of the total listed shares to be in the hands of public shareholders.

As at the date of this announcement, the Company has yet to formulate any rectification plan to address the shortfall in the required public shareholding spread. PMCK will apply to Bursa Securities in due course for an extension of time to rectify the said shortfall.

The Company will make the required announcement on the status of compliance of the public shareholding spread requirement accordingly.
