Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by PMCK Berhad dated 26 May 2025.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 26 May 2025 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 25 June 2025.

In the event there is any change to the dates stated above, we will advertise the notice of the changes in a widely circulated daily English and Bahasa Malaysia newspaper in Malaysia, and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
